Valley Public Service Authority offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Online Bill payment
If paying your bill online please click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button. Have your account number handy. For first time users, please call our office for a PIN number (803)593-2053.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the Bank Draft Agreement Form located in the Forms & Reports Section, and bring it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office located at 442 Pine St. in Gloverville. We accept cash, check, money orders and credit/debit cards. We also have a "Drop Box" located to the left side of our front door - please make sure payments left in the drop box have the bill stub or all payment information securely attached to ensure proper posting of your payment to your account.
Payments By Phone
You may pay your bill over the phone using a debit or credit card by calling our office during normal business hours - (803) 593-2053. There is a $2.00 convenience fee for this service.
