2026 ANNUAL MEETING JULY 13, 2026

In accordance with Article B. Section 1 of the By-Laws of Valley Public Service Authority, notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of the Users will be held on July 13, 2026, at the VPSA Office, 442 Pine Street, Gloverville, SC at 6:00 PM.

All VPSA customers are welcome to attend.

The purposes of the Annual Meeting of the Users are:

1. Provide the Board of Commissioners an opportunity to report on the Business Operations.
2. Present and discuss the FY 2026-2027 Budget.
3. Transact any other business deemed appropriate by the Board of Commissioners.

Regular Meetings are normally held on the first Monday of each month at the VPSA Office, 442 Pine Street, Gloverville, SC at 6:00 PM.
